Layer fruits and extras. Add the strawberries, banana, chia or flax, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth. Start on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. Add ice for thickness if you prefer a frosty texture.
Taste and adjust. If you want it sweeter, add a small drizzle of honey. If it’s too thick, splash in more almond milk.
