Add the flavor: Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce, Old Bay, and garlic powder until well combined.
Fold in the shrimp: Gently mix in the chopped shrimp, green onions, and herbs. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
