Stir in chia seeds: Sprinkle the chia seeds over the mixture and whisk thoroughly to prevent clumping.
Rest and whisk again: Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then whisk once more to break up any settling seeds.
Chill: Transfer to jars or a sealed container.
Refrigerate at least 3–4 hours, ideally overnight, until thick and pudding-like.
Serve: Give it a good stir, taste for sweetness, and add an extra drizzle of honey if needed. Top with sliced banana, nuts, or your favorite add-ons.
